Anxiety is a type of mental disorder that causes worries, nervousness, phobia, mental illness.Anxiety also causes on going worry and tension.If anxiety continues it causes serious impact on daily life.

If you are in axiety you will feel worry for everything for every reason that leads to afraid of every mistakes and you will feel difficult to make decisions in your life and these people don’t know how to enjoy their life.

It will mainly effect on your self-confidence this itself makes you to feel you are useless and made you to talk urself negatively.You will feel lonely by urself and not able to concentrate on your daily activities.

There are other ways which we can reduce anxiety ourself like finding someone person whom you will fell as helping hand and free to talk and who you will fell free to take responsibilty of you.

It is recommended that identify wher you are feeling anxiety and try to make much concentration on that point and try to reduce the problem what your feeling.

Don’t prefer false solutions like taking liquor, drugs and any type of addictions that will let you command.This will lead to many side effects.There are other helpful drugs which will reduce your anxiety  at the moment but most of them are not preferable they may effect on your psychology.

It is also recommended to stop reading newspapers and watching continuously to Television spend time with your own interest like going to your liking place spending time in greenery, reading interesting books  etc.
